The Present

GÖRLITZ AG which was founded in 1997 moved to its new premises in Gewerbepark Nord, August-Thyssen-Straße 32 in Koblenz at the start of the new millennium.

Today it is one of the leading companies in the European market with devices and systems for energy data management and data services. More than 350 European utilities have installed control systems and devices from GÖRLITZ. Together with its affiliates, EuroDCS Energiedaten AG, GÖRLITZ Schweiz AG in Zug, GÖRLITZ Austria GmbH in Vienna and GOERLITZ Italia s.r.l. in Milan, GÖRLITZ Holdings has gained a significant role in the field of sophisticated solutions for the European energy market. The performance of GÖRLITZ AG is complemented by the system solutions of its strategical partners.

BERG provides industry automation solutions and peak-load management for commercial and industrial customers. GÖRLITZ and BERG can offer unique solutions for the combination of energy purchase optimisation and on-site load control. BERG entered the GÖRLITZ Group in September 2001.

Since 1997 GÖRLITZ has been registered as a shareholding company. The company continues with its success story in the new premises . The targets for the coming years are well defined: expansion of the business throughout Europe, occupancy of new market sectors in the software area, expansion of solutions in Internet and e-commerce and the formation of a service sector.
