The
manual acquisition and analysis of metering data requires a high
expenditure of time. If you wish to optimise your energy costs,
a shortcut through the documentation of the energy flow is however
not possible.
ENerGO.entry, an application module from the ENerGO®-series,
supports and facilitates the manual acquisition of energy meter
readings, increases efficiency when reading and provides immediate
results for better knowledge. Its application is worthwhile, whenever
online data is not needed, and where the expenditure for networking
or exchanging meters is excessively high owing to the installation
of impulse measurement devices, or route planning and plausibility
checks have not as yet been required locally.
With entry, generated readout lists contain a specific
route planning for the selected meter, and leave sufficient input
modes for readings
from preceding or future readout times. Only a detailed meter data
acquisition with comparison possibilities, allows you to reconstruct
energy flows and costs continuously.
ENerGO.entry reduces the expenditures
for:
| · |
Data logging from energy meters |
| · |
Measuring point administration |
| · |
Meter reading prognosis and results |
ENerGO.entry usually works together with ENerGO.expense
or with other ENerGO®-components.
Priorities are:
· Planning of readout routes:
On the basis of your operational conditions and
requirements you define the frequency of the readouts for each
energy meter. entry then generates from this the reading routes,
which contain meter reading prognoses in addition to a description
of the meter location. So already, a plausibility check is possible
on site.
·Plausibility checks:
After gathering the meter data with the aid of acquisition
lists or the optional mobile entry device (MED) the transfer ensues
to the software module entry. Here a reliable integrated plausibility
check uncovers possible reading errors.
· Tariff-based load structure simulation method:
ENerGO.entry forms in a mathematical way the approximate
load profile between the readout intervals, so that the consumption
can be assigned to the appropriate tariff times. The load profiles
produced thereby, permit precise cost calculations as well as a
prognosis for future values.
ENerGO.entry is suitable as a starting solution for
the fast manual entry of energy meter data and permits the integration
of manually collected values in addition to available on-line measurement
data acquisition in the ENerGO®-data base. Furthermore, available
measuring data adjusts itself quickly and securely with calibrated
meter readings, and so uncovers for example differences caused
by incorrect configuration. Using entry as a matter of routine
for meter readouts allows you to use your personnel for more important
functions.
