From intelligent metering to managing renewable energy generation
e.on Hanse, the energy service provider in northern Germany employs the communication platform Skalar from the Koblenz based manufacturer GÖRLITZ AG, not only for automatic meter reading for C&I customers. The intelligent data modems also support temporary generation management to feed renewable energy in the supplier's grid and to curtail the load in the event of grid overloads.
